When do my credits get reported?
Dannemiller reports at the beginning of each month directly to either the AANA or the ABA. For example, credits earned in January are reported in February. All credits should appear with your accrediting body no later than the fifth working day of the month.
If you need credits reported more immediately, Early Reporting is available. To request Early Reporting, you must call 1-800-328-2308 during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30PM CT. At that time, your credits will be verified, and credit card information obtained; credits will then be reported within 2 business days. The fee for Early Reporting is $40.

Where can I find Dannemiller’s accreditation information?
Accreditation varies per activity. Please refer to each activity’s accreditation page.
For your publication subscriptions (AnesthesiaFile/PainFile) it will be in your subscription’s activity page.
For enduring activities, it will be on each activity’s “Accreditation” tab.

Can I get a copy of my receipt?
While logged into your Dannemiller account.
1.Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
2.Select the “My Orders” tab.
3.Selecting “View Receipt” will open a PDF in which to print/save your receipt.

How do I update my profile?
While logged into your Dannemiller account.
1.Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
2.Select the “Account Overview” tab
3.Select “Profile” which is located below “Welcome” near the top center of the page.
4.Once you enter your information* click the “Update Profile” button located at the bottom to save your changes.
*Remember to include your AANA or ABA number if you would like credits reported to either organization.

I need another copy of my certificate. How do I find my certificates?
You can easily find a digital copy in the “Transcript” page while logged into your account.
If it is not displayed, please contact us by phone at 1-800-328-2308 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT or “Contact Us” with the “Question about my credits or certificates.” Please include your full name, email, phone number, and activity title.
